Vitamin K1 [100 mL]
For use only in cattle, calves, horses, swine, sheep, goats, dogs and cats. To treat coagulation disorders that are due to faulty formation of factors II, VII, IX and X when caused by Vitamin K deficiency or interference with Vitamin K activity. To counter hypoprothrombinemia induced by ingestion of anticoagulant rodenticides. To counter hypoprothrombinemia caused by consumption of bishydroxycoumarin found in spoiled and moldy sweet clover. Vitamin K1 is to treat hypoprothrombinemia induced by ingestion of anti-coagulant rodenticides or consumption of bishydroxycoumarin found in spoiled and moldy sweet clover in cattle, horses, swine, sheep, goats, dogs, and cats.
Dosage: Consult with your veterinarian.
Dosage for cattle, calves, horses, swine, and goats: Administer 0.5 to 2.5 mg per kg (2.3 ml to 11.4 ml per 100 lbs) subcutaneously or intramuscularly.
Dogs and cats: Administer 0.25 to 5.0 mg per kg (0.12 ml to 2.28 ml per 10 lbs) subcutaneously or intramuscularly. For second generation rodenticides use the higher dosages.
