Piliguard Pink Eye-1 Trivalent 100 mL (50 Doses)
For use in healthy cattle four weeks of age or older as an aid in the reduction of disease associated with infection by Moraxella Bovis (pinkeye). A proven one-shot administration, Piliguard is a cell-free bacterin in an oil emulsion adjuvant that cross-reacts with other pilus types for added protection. Single dose protection against pinkeye caused by Moraxella bovis in cattle. Give 2 mL SQ or IM in the neck 3-6 weeks prior to the onset of pinkeye season. Annual booster is recommended. For use in healthy cattle to aid in the prevention of pinkeye associated with infection by Moraxella bovis strains expressing pili similar to those expressed by isolates referred to by Schering-Plough as Strains Epp 63, Fla 64 and SAH 38.
Dosage: 2 mL per dose. Annual revaccination is recommended. 60 day slaughter hold.
