Formulated to be fed as the sole diet for Old and New World monkeys, great apes and other primates. (Marmosets and tamarins should be fed ZuPreem Marmoset Diet.) It is necessary to include a supplemental source of vitamin C in addition to the diet. Any other supplementation will dilute the nutrient content and may upset the balance of the diet. The canned diet can complement Primate Dry as a mixed diet.
Feeding Directions:
Feed ZuPreem Primate Diet free choice to non-obese prone animals. Otherwise feed measured meal quantities. Most primates will consume approximately 1 can of ZuPreem Primate Diet per 25 – 30 lbs. of body weight daily. The correct quantity fed is one that maintains an appropriate body weight. Food consumption may vary between species and individuals of the same species. Not for human consumption.
