Wrap Buster Blade Only

The Wrap Buster blade has been heat treated through and through. A simple, quick sharpening of the cutting edge with a sharpening steel will restore the Wrap Buster blade to its original “Gone Before They Know It” performance. Replacement blade for use with the Wrap Buster Pro and Wrap Buster Max. Easy to replace dull blades on these revolutionary tools for removing hoof wraps. Stainless steel blade is replaceable and held in place by 2 stainless steal bolts and nuts. Edge is sharpened on both sides for cutting from multiple angles. Rounded tip offers resistance and keeps wrap from sliding without being cut. Rounded tip is non-sharpened to allow personnel to slide between leg and wrap without injury to livestock.

The WRAP BUSTER’s  “Gone Before They Know It !” performance will need some periodic maintenance. The Blade is made of hardened stainless steel, so a few strokes on each side of the blade with a sharpening steel will be enough to maintain a sharp cutting edge.  On those blades that have seen more abuse, a flapper wheel on an angle grinder may be faster to restore the edge.

Attach to Wrap Buster Pro or Warp Buster Max handle. Slide blade between the leg and wrap on the flat side of the leg, either the inside or outside. Pull blade back swiftly to remove warp.
