Navel-Guard [1 Gal]

Navel-Guard an effective, fast acting navel dip for newborn animals as an alternative to 7% Iodine. Used for rapid drying of the navel, Navel-Guard is broad spectrum, passing the FDA's USP Antimicrobial Testing. Navel-Guard has been field tested against "no-dipping," the lower range of Iodines, and the gold standard of 7% Iodine. Against "no-dipping" and low Iodine levels, Navel-Guard had 53% less infections. Compared to 7% Iodine, Navel-Guard had 36% less infections, proving superior effectiveness over the industry standard.

Directions
Ready to use. Do not dilute. Thoroughly dip the navel with Navel-Guard immediately after the animal is born. Do not return unused portions of solution from dipping cup to stock. Navel-Guard can be used as a drying agent and navel dip after clipping the navel cord.

Filling Dipping Cup:
Prior to filling dipping cup with Navel-Guard, dipping cup must be disinfected with 1% bleach solution and rinsed to neutral pH. Dipping cup should be cleaned, disinfected and rinsed after each use.

Precatuions:
Do not mix with any other products. Use with caution. Avoid human ingestion and avoid contamination of animal feed. If contacted, thoroughly flush area with water. See MSDS for additional details.

Storage:
Store in dry place. Thoroughly rinse container after use and dispose of per local laws. Rinse all measuring devices and store out of reach of children in clean dry place.
