HC-10 Chlorinated Kleer [35 lb]

Powdered, alkaline detergent for manual cleaning of processing and dairy equipment such as raw and pasteurized tanks, transfer lines, pumps, and associated equipment. Contains chlorine-releasing compound that rapidly attacks and removes protein soils. Free-rinsing, leaves equipment virtually spot-free with no touch-up cleaning needed. For washing bulk tanks use 4oz per each gallon of water. White powder with a pleasant odor. Enhances finished product quality and shelf life when used in a total Ecolab product and professional services program.

Directions:
For washing bulk tanks use 4 oz per each gallon (30 g/L) of 150°F (66°C) water. Rinse tank thoroughly with potable cold water followed with an acidified rinse applied by sprayer. Or use proper use dilution of an EPA registered acid sanitizer to acid rinse and sanitize in one easy step. If acid rinse only was used, just prior to milking, use liquid sanitizer in proper concentration applied with sprayer.

To clean milking machines and utensils use 1 oz per each 2 gallons (3.8 g/L) of 125°F (52°C) water. Rinse with 1 oz acid detergent to 5 gallons (1.6 mL/L) of cold water by using sprayer. Or use proper use dilution of an EPA registered acid sanitizer to acid rinse and sanitize in one easy step. If acid rinse only was used, just prior to milking, use proper concentration of liquid sanitizer applied with sprayer.
