Dectomax Draw Off Syringe [12 mL]

For use with Dectomax Injectable solution and Excede injectable solution. Connects to the bottle for easy, continuous injections when treating the whole herd or multiple animals. Designed to provide animals with safe and accurate injections. Set from 2.5 to 12-ml increments for precise dosing.

Include 1 draw off syringe, 20 mm and 30 mm draw off caps, hi-flow-tubing, operating instructions and 2 springs.

INSTRUCTIONS

To attach the bottle:

• Use sterile luer-lock needle to pre-puncture center of rubber stopper on bottle prior to attachment. Ensure needle sheath is replaced when done.
• Place tip of draw-off spike at center of stopper.
• Tilt draw-off cap to one side to engage rib on inside of cap with side of metal closure.
• Hold firmly and push (with thumb using a lever action) draw-off cap so the spike penetrates stopper and cap snaps completely over metal closure.
• Push draw-off tube fully onto inlet barbs of injector.

The draw-off cap is designed for use with both collapsible and non-collapsible vaccine packs and will, therefore, let air into the bottle during use.
To fit needle:

• For safety, do not remove needle sheath until ready to prime.
• Screw the rear flange of the needle clockwise into the metal luer lock until tight. Do not over-tighten.
