Dr. Vicky Lauer

A Missouri native, Dr. Lauer earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 2011. She joined Armor Animal Health in 2013 and is passionate about calf care, colostrum management and dairy goat medicine. Dr. Lauer conducts on-farm audits and works closely with producers across Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. She resides in central Wisconsin with her husband, twins and dairy goats.

Dr. Angie Garavet

Dr. Angie Garavet

Veterinarian
Southern & Eastern Wisconsin  |  Dairy & Beef Herd Health

Dr. Garavet earned her degree in Animal Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University, completing her clinical training at the University of Illinois. She joined Armor Animal Health in 2015 and focuses on milk quality, animal welfare, calf care and preventative medicine for dairy and beef herds across southern and eastern Wisconsin. She lives in southeast Wisconsin with her husband Brandon, four daughters and two black labs.

Dr. Abby Mickelson

Northwest Wisconsin & Northern Minnesota  |  Dairy & Beef Production Medicine

A 2014 graduate of the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Mickelson began her career as an ambulatory practitioner serving dairy, beef and equine operations. She joined Armor Animal Health in 2024 and now serves northwest Wisconsin and northern Minnesota. Her professional interests include dairy reproduction, calf health and protocol evaluation. She resides in Hayward, Wisconsin.

Michigan, Indiana & Ohio  |  Dairy Production & Calf Health

Dr. Judge graduated from Michigan State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 1987 and went on to earn his PhD in Epidemiology and Agricultural Economics. He joined Armor Animal Health in 2012 and specializes in dairy production medicine, calf health and nutrition. Dr. Judge continues to maintain a private practice in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, serving producers across Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.

Dr. Qiudi Zheng

Dr. Qiudi Zheng

Northeast U.S.  |  Dairy Production & Reproductive Medicine

Dr. Zheng received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan in 2016. She later joined Cornell University's Ambulatory and Production Medicine Clinic, becoming an instructor in 2020. Known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail and deep understanding of DairyComp and data-driven herd management, Dr. Zheng focuses on solving complex herd health challenges and improving milk quality and reproductive outcomes across the northeast U.S.

Dr. Shari Sandoz

A 2010 graduate of the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Sandoz serves farms and ranches across Nebraska, the Dakotas and western Iowa. She specializes in feedlot and cow-calf production medicine and is passionate about beef herd health and performance.

Dr. John Borzillo

Originally from Hermann, Missouri, Dr. Borzillo graduated from the University of Missouri–Columbia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. In 2014, he co-founded Central Wisconsin Ag Services, which has grown into a leading consulting firm supporting dairy operations across the United States and abroad. He serves producers throughout west-central and southwestern Wisconsin with expertise in herd health and reproductive management.

Dr. Kirk Hahn

Veterinarian
Northeast Wisconsin  |  Dairy Production & Herd Management

Raised on a dairy and beef farm in Cambria, Wisconsin, Dr. Hahn earned his bachelor's degree in Animal Science and Agronomy from Iowa State University and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2001. He owns Cattlesmyth Vet Clinic and joined Armor Animal Health in 2024, serving producers in northeast Wisconsin. Dr. Hahn is currently pursuing a Master of Dairy Business Administration. He has two daughters.

Dr. Trapp earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Auburn University in 2023. Growing up on a cow-calf operation in Kentucky inspired his deep interest in cattle genetics and management. At Armor Animal Health, he focuses on beef production, dairy herd health and advanced reproductive techniques, including embryology. Dr. Trapp is also active in showing cattle nationally.

Dr. Dagmara Schroeder

Illinois, Wisconsin & Iowa  |  Dairy Production & Calf Health

A 2015 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Dr. Dagmara Schroeder spent nearly a decade serving dairy farms in southeast Wisconsin before joining Central Wisconsin Ag Services and Armor Animal Health in 2025. Dr. Schroeder specializes in small ruminant medicine and advanced reproductive techniques, including embryo transfer and IVF. She provides herd and product support across northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin and eastern Iowa. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her energetic family.

Dr. Courtney Hayes

Veterinarian
Central & Southern Illinois  |  Food Animal Medicine & Teaching

A 1998 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Hayes completed a residency in Food Animal Medicine and Surgery and earned a Master of Veterinary Science degree. She began her career in North Dakota cow-calf practice, later practiced mixed animal medicine in New York and served as a USDA Public Health Veterinarian. Dr. Hayes now cares for agricultural teaching and research animals at the University of Illinois and teaches veterinary students. She supports dairies, feedlots and heifer raisers across central and southern Illinois. She lives in the country with her son, dog and five cats.
