• Eligible accounts include Leaders’ Edge™ and Non-Leaders’ Edge Veterinarian and Dealer accounts.
• Eligible Products: cumulative purchases of all Bovi-Shield Gold® and Bovi-Shield® IBR, Calf-Guard®, CattleMaster® and CattleMaster® Gold, Dectomax® Injectable and Pour-On, Enviracor® J-5, Inforce 3®, Leptoferm-5®, One Shot®, One Shot BVD and One Shot Ultra®, PregGuard Gold FP® 10, Protivity®, ScourGuard®, Solidbac® Pinkeye IR/PR®, Somubac®, Spirovac®, StayBred®, Ultrabac® and Ultrabac-7/Somubac, UltraChoice®, Vibrin®, Valbazen® Suspension, Orbeseal®, Factrel® Injection (gonadorelin injection), Lutalyse® HighCon Injection (dinoprost tromethamine injection), Lutalyse® Injection (dinoprost tromethamine injection), all Synovex® and Synovex® One products (collectively, the “Eligible Products”) invoiced and shipped between February 1 through April 30, 2023, will count toward the Purchase Threshold and will be eligible for the rebate.
  •  Purchases of Eazi-Breed™ CIDR® Cattle Insert are not eligible for rebates but will count toward your Purchase Threshold level. 

• Eligible customers purchasing a minimum of $5,000 on a single direct order of Eligible Products directly from Zoetis will receive extended billing terms of 90 days (standard 30 days plus 60 days) on Eligible Products billed and shipped February 1 through April 30, 2023.
• Early Purchase Bonus: Cumulative purchases of Eligible Products must meet a minimum $5,000 in purchases of Eligible Products between February 1 and February 28, 2023, to be eligible for a bonus rebate in addition to the Spring Program rebate. Only those purchases that are invoiced and shipped by February 28, 2023, will qualify for the early purchase bonus.
• All Cattle purchases must be invoiced and shipped between February 1 and April 30, 2023.
• Advertised pricing should not be below reseller suggested pricing. If advertised pricing is below these suggested levels, Zoetis reserves the right to withhold any earned program rebates.
• Eligible accounts must qualify for each purchase level threshold at the billing account level to receive rebate. Rebates will be paid via single check to the parent account by August 1, 2023. Child locations are not eligible to receive the rebate.
• Purchases from any source other than Zoetis or an authorized Zoetis distributor will not be eligible for qualification or rebate. Back orders are not eligible for a rebate.
