Zoetis Bovi-Shield IBR [50 ds]

Bovi-Shield Gold IBR-BVD is for the vaccination of healthy cattle to prevent respiratory disease caused by infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR) and as an aid in preventing respiratory disease caused by bovine virus diarrhea (BVD) Types 1 and 2. Give 2 ml SQ or IM. Vaccination of healthy, non-pregnant cattle is recommended. A duration of immunity has been demonstrated to be at least 9 months. Bovi-Shield Gold IBR-BVD is safe for pregnant cows or calves nursing pregnant cows, providing they were vaccinated according to label directions with any Bovi-Shield Gold FP or Preg-Guard Gold FP vaccine within the past 12 months. Annual booster is recommended. Calves vaccinated before 6 months of age should be revaccinated after 6 months of age or at weaning.

Directions:
Vaccination of healthy, nonpregnant cattle is recommended. Aseptically rehydrate the freeze-dried vaccine with the sterile diluent provided, shake well, and administer 2 mL subcutaneously or intramuscularly. In accordance with Beef Quality Assurance guidelines, this product should be administered SC in the neck region.
