Fera Diagnostics FerAppease [300 mL]

FerAppease is topically applied and the active ingredient (MBAS) is assimilated by the vomeronasal gland located in the nose of the animals. The MBAS stimulation of the vomeronasal gland desensitizes regions of the amygdala and the hypothalamus, dramatically decreasing threat perception and its downstream stress consequences.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Use on healthy cattle by topical administration to nuchal skin and the skin above the muzzle. Best to apply about 24 hours prior to upcoming stressor. Takes effect about 5 minutes after application (visibly calmer, less vocal and less aggressive behavior) with a full effect lasting 3 days or more.

For all cattle, apply a total dose of 10mL. Apply 5mL of FerAppease to the nuchal skin and a second 5ml application to the skin above the muzzle.
For younstock under 200 lbs: Apply 5ml of FerAppease to the nuchal skin and a second 5 ml application to the skin above the muzzle.
