Animax Copasure for Goats is a copper supplement used to treat copper deficiency in goats. This hard gelatin capsule contains copper oxide, a dietary supplement effective in preventing both primary and secondary copper deficiencies. One capsule provides supplementation for 6 months. Once the goat consumes the bolus, copper oxide is released from the capsules and attaches to the folds of the stomach lining. A reserve of copper is then stored in the liver, which is released over time (6 months) depending on the goat’s condition. Adequate copper intake can prevent an unthrifty hair coat, weight loss, lameness, anemia, scouring, bone fractures, poor reproductive health, and even death.
Available in 2 strengths, 2-gram for ruminating goat kids 25 pounds and over. And 4gram for adult goats weighing 50 to 300 pounds.

Adult Goat (50 to 300 lbs): Administer 1 capsule (4 gram) orally with a suitable applicator.
