Albadry Plus (144 Count)

Albadry Plus is a suspension of Penicillin and Novobiocin for the treatment of mastitis in dry cows only. Use for subclinical mastitis caused by Staph aureus and Strep agalactiae. Indicated for intramammary infusion in treatment of subclinical mastitis caused by susceptible strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus agalactiae. Each 10 ml syringe contains 400 mg novobiocin sodium and 200,000 IU penicillin G procaine. Infuse intramammary to treat subclinical mastitis caused by susceptible strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus agalactiae. Discard milk for 72 hours after calving. Indicated for intramammary infusion in treatment of subclinical mastitis caused by susceptible strains of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus agalactiae. Each 10 ml syringe contains 400 mg novobiocin sodium and 200,000 IU penicillin G procaine. 72 hour milk withholding; 30 day slaughter withdrawal.

Ideal duration of activity during the involution phase of the dry cow period (2 to 3 weeks after milking stops), when the keratin plug has not formed, and the cow is susceptible to infection. Shake this product well before using. Clean each teat with alcohol preps provided, infuse 1 tube per quarter and massage udder. Follow-up with a suitable teat dip if necessary. Use at the start of the dry-off period (but no less than 30 days prior to calving).

Directions: Administer one 10 ml syringe per quarter after the final milking before dry off, following the aseptic delivery method described on the product label.
